SMS Messaging Terms

These terms explain consent, support, and opt-out requests for YM Dental Lab text messages.

Separate consent is required

A phone number provided for a contact request, pickup, course inquiry, practice account, or another business form is for operational contact about that request. It is not consent to receive marketing or recurring automated text messages.

Enrollment in a YM SMS program must use a separate, optional, affirmative action with the program disclosure shown at the point of consent. The choice cannot be required to submit another request and cannot be preselected.

Program disclosures

For any separately approved YM Dental Lab SMS program:

  • YM Dental Lab will be identified as the sender.
  • The message category and purpose will be stated where consent is requested.
  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchasing products or services.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages and getting help

For an active approved program, reply STOP to stop messages from that program. Reply HELP for help. YM will honor other reasonable requests to revoke consent through the contact methods published for that program.

For questions, call 703.330.1990 or email info@ymdental.com.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process that information only to deliver an approved messaging service on YM's behalf.

See the YM Dental Lab Privacy Policy for more information.

Changes to these terms

YM may update these terms before offering or changing an SMS program. Material changes must be reflected in the disclosure used to obtain consent and cannot be used to turn a general website phone field into marketing consent.
